I have been researching the validity of some of the positions of Marc E. Wade from Toronto.

Not only has he posted fraudulent credentials on the Kingsmill proposals I have read as a Managing Director of Britton Hill Partners, I have personal knowledge that he is stating he is an investment banker with partners that have criminal records.

Do you have any more information you can provide or any more information at all? The CSC has been notified and I also believe Toronto Fraud Squad.

I agree that Moxy is worthless. However, I don't share your sympathies for American Capital. You know what they say about a fool and his money...

I'm more sympathetic to American Capital shareholders who have had this whole debacle essentially hidden from them.

BTW, I'm still waiting for the proof that American Capital didn't know Geosign was an arbitrage operation. Until then, I'm just a blogger with a wild theory. And the standing narrative, for consumption in the press, is that American Capital bought into an arbitrage operation knowing just what it was doing.

At the height of our earnings we barely approached that. I know that arbitrage was outsourced to a third party who used page cloaking to continue running arbitrage scams on Google. But to a greater degree than before? I doubt it.

And lead generation? That was a dud almost from the start. There's something deeper going on here.
