Now, this is a conference I’d like to attend online

In general, I’m not a big fan of too many conferences. And New Media seems to be particularly rife with conference sluts and groupies. But this is one I’d like to attend — if only on the web.

JEEcamp is an opportunity for a range of people to get together to talk about how on earth journalists and publishers can make a living from journalism in the era of free information, what the challenges are, and what we’ve learned so far.

I’m all in favour of some sort of management rule that no manager should attend more conferences than her employees do. What do you think?
